Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

Pay on Collection (Cash or via Payfast/Yoco Card Processing)
Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard)

All online payments are securely processed via Payfast or Yoco which uses 3D Secure.

3D Secure is a new method of security mandated by the Visa and MasterCard Associations and managed by South African banks to enhance the security of online transactions. 3D Secure provides an extra layer of security by requiring that the cardholder submits a second level of authentication when shopping online. MasterCard’s product is called “SecureCode” and Visa’s product is called “Verified by Visa”

To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

Products on the site cannot be reserved to be bought at a later stage, and placing an item in your cart without completing the order does not amount to a “sale”.

We cannot be held responsible if the product(s) you added to your cart have become unavailable when you try to complete the sale.

When choosing the Flat Shipping option, please note that a max of 4 items will only be allowed per order. If you require more items, please place a second order online.

A tax invoice will be emailed to the email address on your Lady Belle profile. A delivery note will be included with your order – please note that no prices are visible on the delivery note.

Returns

We have a 7 day exchange policy, No refunds.

*Requests for exchanges of products that you have a change of mind with, will incur a courier cost at your expense

Delivery

All orders within South Africa are shipped via Aramex at the following Flat rates (you will have the option to select your rate when placing an order):

Standard (1-5 business days) — R100
Next Day (1 business day) — R150 (Currently not supported)

Customers have to make sure their delivery address is correct, Only physical addresses no PO boxes. It stays the customer’s responsibility to supply the correct delivery address and to make sure there will be someone to collect parcel and sign for it. If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address supplied or no one is there to collect parcel and additional cost arises from the courier company, the customer is liable for the extra amount.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
